The doctor told brother Edgar that he had to start eatin' better.....'cause he's gettin' on up there ya know. He was mumbling under his breath as he was gettin' ready to broil up some fish one day and decided to spice things up with some Kittawa Sprangs Dippin' sauce. He poured it on a few minutes before the fish was done and was heard to say as he took the second bite, "Maybe getting' old won't be so bad after all!"
Chef James' Bayou Shrimp
In a big pot of water, add 2 HEAPIN' tablespoons of diced garlic and 1 package "Zatarains Seafood Boilin' bag powder".
Bring the pot mixture to a rolling boil.
Drop the shrimp into the water and as soon as they float back to the top, dump the shrimp in a drainer.
Immediately pour cold water & ice over 'em to stop the cookin' process.
At supper time, dip the shrimp in Kittawa Sprangs Dippin' Sauce.
Down south they call this a Bayou Banquet.
Just Plain Ole Boiled Shrimp
Instead of using regular cocktail sauce, try dippin' your shrimp in Kittawa Sprangs Dippin' Sauce. It's mighty good!!
